Therapy Services
Individual & Couples Therapy
We offer both Individual and Couples therapy services via in-person or telehealth appointments for clients throughout Missouri. Therapy provides space for reflection, understanding, and meaningful change. We provide support for the different stages, experiences and concerns affecting you and your life.

Why Seek Therapy?
Clients often seek support for one or many of these common areas. However, there are varying needs for someone beginning therapy. In our consult, we’ll discuss your unique needs and align on a plan.

Professional Burnout
We’ll explore patterns of overfunctioning, depletion, identity, responsibility, and the tension between achievement and sustainability. Therapy can help you understand what keeps you in cycles of exhaustion and reconnect with a more workable way of living and working.

Trauma & Recovery
We’ll work at a pace that supports safety while making sense of experiences that continue to affect your relationships, identity, or sense of self. Depending on your needs, treatment may incorporate EMDR and trauma-informed psychotherapy.

Relationship Difficulties
We’ll explore recurring patterns in attachment, communication, intimacy, conflict, and emotional connection. The focus is not simply on solving the immediate problem, but understanding what keeps repeating underneath it.

Life Transitions
Major changes can unsettle identity, relationships, and our sense of direction or purpose. Therapy offers space to understand what is ending, what is emerging, and how to move through uncertainty with greater intention.

Grief & Loss
Grief can follow death, but also the loss of relationships, roles, health, identity, or imagined futures. Therapy provides room for the complexity of loss without forcing it into a timetable or trying to make it disappear.

Anxiety
Rather than focusing only on symptom management, we can explore what the anxiety may be signaling, the patterns that maintain it, and how it shows up in your body, relationships, decisions, and inner life.
Session Pricing
Pricing is on a per-session basis. All fees are self-pay, as we do not accept any insurance providers.
Telehealth appointments are available for clients throughout Missouri at the same fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and active. Early sessions focus on understanding what brings you in, the patterns you are noticing, and what you hope will be different. From there, our work may include exploring present-day concerns, earlier experiences, relationships, emotional patterns, dreams, or recurring themes that seem to carry more meaning than they first appear to.
I do not approach therapy as a formula or a set of steps to complete. Some sessions may be practical and focused; others may move more deeply into underlying patterns, identity, or meaning. The work develops according to your needs, goals, and readiness.
Session frequency depends on your needs and goals. Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build trust, develop a fuller understanding of what brings you in, and create continuity in the work. The frequency can be adjusted over time as your needs change.
In-person sessions are available in Kirkwood, Missouri, and telehealth is available for clients located in both Missouri and Texas.
Our priority is protecting your confidentiality and preserving flexibility in the therapeutic process. Because insurance companies may require a diagnosis and can influence aspects of treatment, we do not participate with insurance plans. You can also pay for therapy using your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or your Health Savings Account (HSA).
A good therapeutic fit is not only important, but vital to the work! The phone consultation I offer gives us a chance to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and whether my approach feels right with what you need. I’ll also be thoughtful about whether I believe I’m the best person to support you. If we decide to work together, we’ll continue to check in over time about how the work is feeling and whether it remains helpful.
